Restorative dentistry focuses on repairing and replacing teeth that are damaged, decayed, or missing. It helps restore normal function so you can eat, speak, and smile comfortably again. Common treatments include fillings, crowns, bridges, and implants. The goal is to improve both oral health and the appearance of your smile.
We offer a range of restorative treatments to repair and rebuild damaged or missing teeth. This includes fillings, crowns, bridges, and dental implants, depending on your individual needs. Each treatment is designed to restore function, strength, and appearance while supporting long-term oral health. Our team will recommend the most suitable option for your situation.
Signs you may need restorative care include tooth pain, sensitivity, visible cracks or chips, difficulty chewing, or a tooth that has broken. Even if you have no symptoms, your dentist may identify issues during a routine check-up.
Absolutely. We use tooth-coloured materials that are carefully matched to the shade of your natural teeth, aiming for results that blend in as naturally as possible.
Restoring your teeth isn’t just about looks — it protects your health, your bite, and your quality of life.
Damaged or decayed teeth can compromise your ability to eat, speak, and feel comfortable. Restorative treatment brings your teeth back to full working order.
All our restorations are carefully crafted to match the colour, shape, and size of your natural teeth, aiming for a seamless and natural-looking result.
Leaving a damaged or missing tooth untreated can cause surrounding teeth to shift or deteriorate. Timely restorations protect the health of your whole mouth.
We use high-quality, durable materials for all restorations. With good oral hygiene and regular visits, your restoration can last many years.

questions our patients ask most often.

A crown is a cap that covers a damaged or weakened tooth to restore its shape, strength, and appearance. You may need a crown after a root canal, a large fracture, or significant decay.
A crown covers a single tooth. A bridge uses two crowned teeth on either side of a gap to support an artificial tooth in between — replacing one or more missing teeth without implants.
White composite fillings typically last 7–10 years with good care. We’ll monitor them at your regular check-ups and advise if they need replacing.
Local anaesthetic is used for all restorative procedures to keep you comfortable during treatment. Some mild sensitivity afterwards is normal and usually settles within a few days. Let your dentist know if you have any concerns.
